In the highly competitive and extremely crowded cable TV space, mergers are one of the last sure paths to growth. Needless to say, customer care is critical to ensuring a smooth transition.

So to help migrate a mid-size cable company into a much larger one, we created a series of highly effective microsites. This wasn’t just about improving their image in the space. It was about delivering a consistent experience and customer retention.

The new sites allowed customers from an acquired cable company to migrate all of their email and their video settings to the new provider, with none of the attendant headaches that can lead to customer attrition. The sites also helped with password resets and improved billing systems.

We completely architected, developed and deployed the sites. We also acted as a technician and political ambassador between the acquirer and the acquired.
